Finished with this one. Completely OOB except for the wire antenna. I replaced the kit one with wire as it was a bit too thick. Painted with Tamiya and White Ensign paints.

Nice work John!

Thanks Paul. I was too lazy to do any real weathering. 🤪

Not lazy, looks great. I do not weather most of my tanks because I build them to display on my

coffee table as "recognition models" I don't think in the context of a coffee table model lots of weathering makes sense. In a diarama

or battlefield scene yes definitely. It's my choice. I don't look down on anyone who shows their work. You will notice I never make negative

Comments on any builds. I get comments like: "Nice clean build" all the time I'm not sure the comments are always meant to be

favorable, but I took the time to post my build and I like the way I build.  A build that I have coming up I plan to make the model

Look like the one at the Lantrun

Museum. It's clean, but has slight rust stains. Thanks for posting your work.

My sentiments also Paul. I too get those "nice clean build" comments sometimes LOL. I wonder what a "not so clean build" is? LOL I'm glad you like the results of my efforts! 🙂

Nice one John, I really like the camouflage finish, as to weathering, that is a very personal choice, I tend to do minimal weathering on my aircraft kits as all of them were new one time in their lives.

When I used to build AFVs I weathered them a bit more as I used to put them on small bases.

But your model, your choice, it is a hobby after all.

Cheers

Thank you Dennis. I'm pleased that you like the finished model. I intend to do a few more AFV's in future since I have several that have been in my stash for a while. 🙂
