Glijn Van Driessche Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Hi this is the first time I post here, one of the reasons is that I am a very slow builder đ So here it goes, after a very long time I finally finished this kit of the P-40M. While the Hasegawa P-40 kits are modular to allow for multiple variants, this design requires careful filling and sanding of seams that do not fall on natural panel lines. That and a lot of self inflicted problems caused the long build period. But it's finished so I can put it away now. Almost all markings are sprayed on except the planes name on the nose. This is the result, hope you like it. Take Care Glijn  9
DocRob Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Your patience paid off, the P-40 looks fantastic. Weathering is spot on and I really like, what you have done with the white surfaces, which can look boring, when non treated. Cheers Rob 3
KUROK Posted March 23 Posted March 23 I really like the patina on the OD and NG paint. Looks very realistic.
Spitfire Posted March 23 Posted March 23 Great build and great finish, the used but not abused look, I like it. Cheers Dennis
