TeWika
Ralph, well done for a first try- very gutsy, turned out great! The woodwork came out fine. Was it difficult? Cheers Ted
RalphSarc
Ralph, well done for a first try- very gutsy, turned out great! The woodwork came out fine. Was it difficult? Cheers Ted No Ted the wood graining was pretty easy. I practiced on a sheet of styrene until i was happy with the results then applied my new found technique to the Sopwith!
ajcmac
I always wanted to build a model of WWI but the paint to simulate wood and all cables that help fix the wings scare me a lot. Congratulations on the achieved result . Regards ajcmac

RalphSarc
Nice! Woodgrain is really intimidating until you do it a couple of times. Felixstowe up next? Thanks Doogs! I agree with woodgraining begin really intimidating until you do it a couple of times. I practiced on a styrene sheet before applying the technique to the Sopwith but still held my breath, lol!!
