1/72 B-24D Brewery Wagon cancelled

Since finishing the Academy Minicraft 1/72 B-24D as "The Sandman" which survived the Tidal Wave raid on Ploesti, I decided I'd get the Hasegawa kit and do "Brewery Wagon" which did not survive the raid. After looking over the parts there is no doubt this kit is head and shoulders above the old AM kit as far as detail, etc is concerned.

As things happen sometimes I have decided to model a different TW a/c instead of Brewery Wagon. It'll be GI Ginnie which was one of only a few 376BG to bomb a Ploesti refinery. It survived the raid.

So I'm dropping this thread and starting a new one.

I thought the same thing, Carl. A fleet of 1/72 Liberators in preparation for a fleet of 1/32 Liberators.
