  1. Beautiful craftsmanship Mr, Peters!!
  2. Love the Arado!! Just finished mine and its a fabulous kit!!
  3. LOL Cees I snuck it under the radar!!!
  4. Oh nothing happened to it, lol!!! I just got attached to it while I was building it!!
  5. No Cees I bought the HpH resin canopy from Rene when I visited Amsterdam last October! Glad I did as it's a lot better than the kit offers!
  6. Thanks Aitorazkue for the kind comment. It was really a great kit to build!
  7. I bought the same kit while visiting Europe in October! Really looking forward to starting it. Great progress on yours!
  8. Thanks everyone for the kind comments. They are greatly appreciated. I took artistic license with the scheme but liked the scheme of the B variant!
  9. Who cares, lol!!!
  10. Little bit of progress, lol!!! Coated the wing and fuselage top with Flory Dark Dirt Wash to highlight the panel lines show a bit of wear/use! I'll remove the excess amount after it dries and then seal with Kleer. After that it's decals and installing all the small bits like radar antennas etc.
  11. Thanks! It was a fun build!
  12. Thought you'd like to see my just completed Revell 1/32 Arado Ar196A-3. I'll miss it but the kit comes highly recommended!
  13. Nicely done. I have the good old Revell kit waiting to hit the assembly line that looks like a pretty fair kit.
  14. Completed steps 5 and 6. Assembled the main gear wheel well, engine pods and the upper and lower wing halves.
  15. Fuselage halves fit like a glove!! Very minimal seam work needed!!
  16. Probably without but may consider installing them as they are pretty well detailed figures.
  17. Interesting kit! Great review!!
  18. Detailing the cockpit this morning. Washed with Citadel Nuln Oil and painted with numerous Tamiya colors using a toothpick!! Before: After:
  19. Nicely done!!
  20. Completed step 1 and 2 using the molded die-cast cockpit tub/nose weight! Very nice touch in Tamiya's favor!! Primed the die-cast cockpit tub and nose gear wheel well plus the interior of the fuselage.
