In order to close up the fuselage I need to install the windows and paint around them and since its gonna be an Orange helicopter i need to do that first. International Orange was a hard color to find so I bought a bunch of orange color paints in order to study how it goes down on the fuselage as well was color combination for weathering and shading...Orange is tricky, i did nt have the right orange until....Someone mentioned to me MRP paints carrying the International Orange. Amazing product but a bit pricy. Oliver

Harv, You need to make a frame out of styrene or something else that you tape around your windows from outside once all the windows are in to protect them from popping in or out while you handle your helo. Your cockpit is moving forward i see. Dont forget to paint your fuselage color around your windows first before you glue them so you will an even paint job once its time to paint the fuselage. oliver

i had built this before he mentioned it but its not a height thing. I believe my cabin is warped for some reason. I just need to put little plastic tabs to make things straight.
-
The floor above the cabin is warped(i didnt see it earlier) and the two rods to the tower are too high but the major issue is i cut the end the roof and it created a huge gap in the back(I had followed info from someones build on a modeling magazine).

Harv. The little hole(barely visible) in the fuselage for the placement of the winch is wrong(its too low) . The bracket should go just below the transmission cowling. Use the 2 brackets provided in the kit to measure the right angle ..i made a mistake with mine so i have to improvise on mine.

The box is a great idea for your interior but maybe cut it in half and make two boxes side by side. I see you have pencil marks on your box, i would bring them closer to each other since in my opinion they are too far apart. Dont abandon the box idea it works.

Harv. Please dont take this wrong way, this is only my opinion but your box looks out of scale in my opinion and a bit crooked. Also are you leaving enough space for the ceiling piece to be inatalled...air duck looks too tall.

Wow. Its moving along perfectly. I love the heater ducks

A lot of changes. Redone the winch system inside since the other one was too bulky for the cabin. Opened cabin/Engine access door for more light.

Well thats looking like a museum build to me. So nice and crisp..

I havent finished painting the walls and the floor so the inside winch is not glued down yet.

Get well soon my friend

Well thats looking pretty sharp. Dont forget to add the floor when u do your dryfitting parts since it does stretch the fuselage a bit.

scriber won't work for this, plastic is too thick and the area to be cut is too fragile because of the tight area ,there is also a chance of slippage and scratching surrounding area.
