Exhaust painted . I was hoping to add the engine at the end of the build but it's not possible. I need to add few brass rods to support the engine. This is dry fitted. StilL need to add all the wiring. I may need to paint the orange paint around the edges to minize the masking.

This is progressing nicely.

Primed in light grey first then a light coat of flat brown,spray flat white on top of exhaust only to duplicate light accent. ( this will help lighten the brown a bit for your second coat) Nato black in recess area only, second coat of flat brown then first coat of Red brown....let that dry several hours and add flat white to your Red brown to do more light accent on top then mix Clear Orange and orange and spray close to the exhausts end to simulate some variation of heat in the exhausts. Let that dry overnight then dry brush with flat brown mixed white (oil paint). I will spray one coat only of nato black ( highly diluted 90/10)all over the piece then spray thin coats of flat finish. Going back to work Monday so pushing to finish the first part of the engine wiring work.

if only someone would make a jeep and trailer (and a matress) in 1/32 scale, Id have my dio.

Weathering is about done. The engine won't be sticking out this much. Still need to apply a super diluted black tone and make everything flat. I will loose some of the chipping effects in the process.

Not fan of german planes but this looks like an amazing start. Engine work is topnotch. I dig the cockpit decals. How were they to work with?

Thanks Pete i made a mistake I used the wrong chromate green, this is one is a bit more on the yellow side ( I did not check my color ref)and that will affect the weathering. Won't repaint it.

Beginning of engine area painting.

Blade fold brackets are 99%done I just need to add the straps at the bottom. The brackets were a pain in the A$@ to do, I had to eyeball the angle. I now need to add the cockpit. oliver

Now I neee to make everything fit.

Hi I ordered the blade folding brackets from Scalewarship about a month but i am being told that UK mail was hacked so i am still waiting for delivery. I am trying to duplicate it with styrene since i may never receive it. Will post when its done. Oliver

I am trying to add most of the details before I paint. It's getting tricky to handle.

My nose conversion can be purchased at Reedoak figures. Adriatic is not responding to my email either.

The steps I was planning to add to the helo are incorrect for the H34, this was pointed out to me at my club meeting. I made the correct steps.
