Thanks Pete i made a mistake I used the wrong chromate green, this is one is a bit more on the yellow side ( I did not check my color ref)and that will affect the weathering. Won't repaint it.

Blade fold brackets are 99%done I just need to add the straps at the bottom. The brackets were a pain in the A$@ to do, I had to eyeball the angle. I now need to add the cockpit. oliver

The steps I was planning to add to the helo are incorrect for the H34, this was pointed out to me at my club meeting. I made the correct steps.

I am trying to get everything together in order to go to my club meeting tomorrow. There are so many parts no glued down, I am afraid to break things during transport so I am debating if I go or not. I added the cargo hook at the bottom today(no done yet).

Happy New year. Worked on the main rotor and the folding mechanism. I am trying to make the blades straight since they come with the droop with the kit. I tried Hot water(didn't work), I tried with the blow dryer twice and there is a slight bend still. I inserted brass rods in the main rotor first so I don't have to fight the blades and the angle when I install the blade holder brackets

Many update lately. worked and finished tail rotor. It was a pain in the A@$. Parts supplies in the kit were just plain awful so I improvised a bit.

Its so starting to look the part. Nice work on the decals. How dirty(weathered) is this going to be?. Pete, time to come to the dark side and build a helicopter....LOL -
Nose is done. It took 3 days to do the screens. I need to think about the tail rotor and folding the blades before closing everything up. So left to do is Build base build tow truck and find or create figures. ....and paint everything.

Thanks Pete.

Thanks for comments fellows, I appreciate it. First half working on the screens, it takes a good amount of time to measure, cut, sand , remeasure and install. It glued small styrene tabs in the back of the screens to keep them in place . Here's how it looks so far.
