So I made 2 toolboxes since I was having difficulty with scale. I used the helicopter tire for reference but there is some gap between the helo and the box and that threw me off for size. Still need to add wheels to the box. heres how it looks so far, feedback welcome on which box looks better.

Thanks but I must say I often look at your work to keep me in line. You are truly talented with your aluminum work.

I ended up making the base again. The larger rocks did not work for me. I want to add a field generator and a field fuel transfer rig but nothing exists in 1/32 so I am trying to make them. first coat paint on the base, I am waiting for the various schrubs to show up in the mail to continue painting.

Thanks so much. I have never done under commission. -
Update. Remade the base. I am waiting on the grass stuff to come in. I will need to paint the base which I was not planning on doing, it looks to dark for the dio.

We learn by making mistake, I least I am.

Made a big mistake, I wanted to seal everything with 777 glue and it made the base little fuzzy, no bueno. will start over.

Thanks Harv Gluing in process and edge pre painting. Will let it all rest 24 hours before I start the ground work.I glued the mat to a large piece of black styrene, the ground mat is from a reptile store. It was a challenge to cut it straight because of the small rocks, I ended cutting it from the back with a surgical scalpel. This is what I will try to achieve.
