  9. Hi Kirk, yes I think it's a mistake I made on the decals markings now that you point that out to me...ooops. Its gonna stay like that cause it would almost impossible to fix. in terms of my shading you are correct about the more white approach, I like fading a bit stronger than usual. As far as the process goes for the way I paint, I usually prime in light grey than do a pre shading in either brown on black at the bottom part of the piece and a lightening on top with either white or grey then I apply the main color and add highlights. oliver
  10. Added fuel drums, Jerry cans and a hose. I am waiting on decals for the fuel drums.

  14. Mission paint bad. Should have stayed with Vallejo or Tamiya but I wanted to try something new since they had amazing selection on colors... I do like MRP paint, I will them to paint the helicopter International Orange.
  15. Some areas are too faded and some need less after looking at the photos but this is how it looks so far.
  16. Started painting in the dio pieces. i was looking for the right Olive drab color to offset the truck color. I had heard about Mission Models Paint but never used them before, they have a great selection of colors and they were on sale at the hobby shop on top of it. it has to be the worst paint ever produced, coverage is awful and several steps need to be done, mixing it with two different products hoping to get the right ratio and finding the right pressure so it lays down flat is a guessing game as well.
  17. That's a beauty.
  18. Started priming today the parts today
  19. Funny you mention it. It was going to add a small folding table on the side of the toolbox and put the vice on it but it looked odd.
  20. Finished tool box
