Thanks for sharing this. Nice airplane model👍. You're right, the miniature model hobby is about learning from mistakes. You have built a good base for the plane, where it is in flight position. Cannons ready to fire.

The details could have been a little brighter. I also often forget that it is worth making the details in the hatch spaces colorful or otherwise clearly distinguishable/over emphasized.

The engine is also very similar, only a turbo has been added to create extra power. A very Russian way of thinking: "if something works, there's no need to change it." Or is this just laziness? I don't know.😁

The same book states that this is a separate heater intended for very cold conditions. The device preheats and circulates the coolant and engine oil before starting.

He gives me this. A 1979 Kamaz truck owner's manual.

I'm visiting my parents. I asked my dad what the purpose of this unit was. He said "wait I've seen this somewhere before".

This kit has all the valves and pumps modeled. So it would be possible to add all the related hoses and pipes. Brake lines etc.

Cabin/engine heater with its piping. I was able to assemble the frame without any problems.

(I want to start by saying that we should keep our hobbies separate from politics. I don't support any country's war. I have a lot of ICM and miniart kits.) This was very affordable. And the quality of the plastic casting is very good. The instructions are very clear and the parts fit together well.

Working on Kamaz truck. This has to be the most detailed engine I've seen in 1/35 scale😵. And here we don't even have all the pieces in place yet.😃

I'm trying to invest in better metallic colors for my next modern car builds. You're also right about the scale. It's different to paint 1/12 than 1/35 scale. Thanks for the feedback.

Hi. Thanks Rob. I agree. This was a very fun build. Especially trying to create different metal tones. I used different techniques for these paints, markers and wax based products. The frame in particular could have been done better. I had to handle it a lot during the construction stages and some of it somehow wore off or lost its shine. I don't know if this is exactly what you meant, where there is room for improvement. Can you comment further so I can improve in the future? I'll probably make a tank or an all-terrain vehicle next. After this I'll go back to doing it again "highly polished bikes and cars"😃 I need to get more colors and markers for these.
