  1. Wow, just saw this thread and al I can say is you are doing great work on this. Totally cool!!
  2. Just saw this thread and what a cool built model. I love the flying boats and this one is simply superb. I must have missed the announcement on this kit. I will have to look into it and see if I can get one. You have done wonderful job and a great build, but now its begging for a dio setting with water at all...
  3. Ralph, very nice build and a nose tribute to your cousin.
  4. Aha, I knew it...i knew it. There's no way you could afford all that big stuff all by yourself. You slippin' man, you slippin'...I see who you are. Left your dirty laundry but forgot to remove the suit Mr. Wayne. Man, look at all them fake abs and all...trying cover that cag. just kidding! Glad to see you back on the saddle again!
  5. Man, that looks nice. Love the base and I really need to get those Aviattic sets. They are looking noooiiiiccceee.
  6. Totally cool. It's amazing how big this kit is in 1/32 giving it's just a WW1 airplane. I mean, it's not like those flying boats...which are huge. The pic with you holding it sure shows this clearly.
  7. Wow, that looks cool. I have the save kit that I hope to build someday. Love the base as well...in the end, it goes together very nicely.
  8. Hey Danny, just followed your reply to this build and wow, it totally rocks! I love the whole thing. And those tiny white flowers are great touch.
  9. It looks like a nice bit of correction set, but I sure am getting tired of buying correction sets for their stupid short comings...........you hear, manufacturers.
  10. Wow Nick, that s simply awesome work. Also, shapeway sure makes some cool stuff. I purchased few items from the for the first time and I was fully pleased with the results. I wish I can afford a complete kit from them but bit out of my price range but I'm glad that 3D printing becoming viable asset to our hobby. You keep up the good work Mike
  11. Very nice Danny. Was that Devil's emblem on the helmet from the kit or did you created one yourself? Mike
  12. I'm with you on the detail vs price of the kit. They (Italeri) could have done better. However, with a bit of TLC you can create a great model out of this. As the few I have seen built look awesome. So, keep that elbow greased up and beat this kit into a submission.
  13. Go Buckeyes!! Totally cool project. I just love these Navy trainers with Red and White paint schemes. Love the extra detail you are adding into your build. The cockpit looks fantastic! Keep up the good work
