repeater Posted October 31, 2013 Author Posted October 31, 2013 Thanks Ed! Much appreciated. Hopefully I can do it justice I've only just started building Luftwaffe subjects and - wow - I've realised what I'm missing. A world of interesting schemes. Highly addictive! And something a little more sinister building the 'bad guys'!? Tim 1
Members Mikester Posted October 31, 2013 Members Posted October 31, 2013 Man, that is looking good, Tim! Really like the weathering on the undersides, spot on! 1
Wumm Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 I concur Tim, One of the best mottle applications I've seen from recent memory. Looking great, not far to go now! Steve. 1
tchwrma Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 Excellent paint job! I hope that I could made one like this, someday! 1
repeater Posted November 1, 2013 Author Posted November 1, 2013 Thanks Mike, Steve and Paulo ! Should be ready for final pics soon Tim
repeater Posted November 11, 2013 Author Posted November 11, 2013 Wohoo... ! I think I'm done. - matt coat applied and canopy masks removed - Aerial wire added (human hair) - will see how this holds up. - paint chipping with silver pencil. (just a tad) Some preview pics before I post in the finished builds section. I'll need to do the 'photo shoot' - see if I can manage something better than the ones below (taken with a point-and-shoot digital, as with all the photos so far). Thanks all for the support and encouragement along the way. It's been a blast so far. Any final comments are more than welcome! Tim 2

Don't forget to post the pics in the "Finished Builds"-topic of the GB-area too! http://forum.largescalemodeller.com/topic/1624-finished-arrow-wolfs-focke-wulf-builds/ Your build gave me some much-needed inspiration for my own A-8, thanks! 1
