Carl, if you want one, let me know. I can order one here and then post it to you privately.  Not an insurmountable problem.  Our British friends do this all the time for us uppity colonials.

Ernie, thanks for the offer. I appreciate it. My LHS carries ZM kits so I'll most likely wait for them to get it in. That will save me the shipping at least.
