That's coming along nicely. The Dino looks neat too.

Thanks so much. I’ve enjoyed build the kit for the second time.

50/50 mix of distilled water and Vallejo Orange Fire thinly applied seems to be working well.
My I-Phone is seeing a more yellow color but I assure you it’s definitely orange and honestly more true to the original color that my first build ten years ago.

Sure looks yellow from here  but I believe it's orange.  A primer coat of white would have helped make your orange brighter.
this is a great subject, I wish we would see more builds of this plane in modeling forums.  have been watching your great work on it.

Looks a very rusty yellow here as well. Looking at the Tamiya paint bottle covers, they seem to be the right colors, so the white balance isn't the issue. Just thinking the Model Air might have been too thin and the black/gray primer is cause.

Got ya. Just was trying to figure out why is doesn't photograph that way, which isn't important at all.  All that counts is how it's looks in the flesh.

Now that painting is complete and I’m ready for final assembly of the small bits including the landing gear and the decals it’s time for a coat of Pledge/Klear to seal the deal!!!
