FullArmor Posted February 11, 2024 Posted February 11, 2024 Those leds are neat👍 And those small details in cockpit... i could never replicate with my shaky hands and poor eyesight😁 4

Thanks Peter I must say im impresed with the tooling italeri have done with this kit. So far a bit off filler and no major fit problems just a bit off dry fit and sanding left and right. Mark 5

Martinnfb Posted February 24, 2024 Posted February 24, 2024 It is exciting to follow your progress Mark. Step by step, this is a great build. 4
mark31 Posted February 26, 2024 Author Posted February 26, 2024 Working on the base. First time i have tryd to work with asphalt from ammo works good but iff you going to do it make the paste thinner before you are going to work with it. Mark 9
Martinnfb Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 Interesting approach, in order to replicate the asphalt surface, I am usually using black sand paper. 5
DocRob Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 Impressive work all around Mark. I really like the low altitude passing over tarmac with pilots in and lights on. Cheers Rob 4
PanzerWomble Posted March 2, 2024 Posted March 2, 2024 She's gonna be one large impressive Tonka when done . 😀 Could I offer a thought?, I found a while ago that putting subjects at an angle to the base often focused the attention more on them than the background and made for more a dynamic scenario , rather than having them square to it . Again just a thought . 5
