Yes, Takon, makes them, very, very, very nice kits, I built a couple Takom kits, they fit like Tamiya. $50 is a good price, just make sure to check shipping costs. 

The best deal I found was this one on eBay, $80 with free shipping.

I've seen it built by a guy in my club.  Won gold with it at show last August.
