Was it an HK stunt or a Merit stunt? Either way it’s a bat-shite crazy way to build hype for a new release. 1.2 stars. Would not recommend.

Lol ... I can understand the frustration ... and I agree - it's crappy marketing ... but if you read the notification - the scenario follows it directly ... they haven't mislead anyone.

There was no new kit at the convention ... There was a raffle held for the new kit ... 

The only promise that could possibly be broken is if they fail to deliver an "All New Tooling" kit sometime during the dates 1/10/19-31/12/19

I talked with the HKM guy at length and he told me straight up that they decided to wait. 

He also told me that there will be no more E/F B-17s. They are working on an early G which from what I understood will be a mix of the E/F and Late G kits. The E/F kit will not return and will be replaced by separate kits for the E and F. So in the future they will have an E, F, early G and a Late G.
