Impatience got the best of me on the decals. I did another search through my decal stash and was able to come up with some satisfactory Microscale national markings. Decaling has begun! LOL

Hey Wumm, I built that particular a/c a while back. Makes a great looking model. Go for it!

I MIGHT decide to do this but I'm rarely a group build type of guy. I have a couple of Hasegawa 190's and a Revell 190D or two in the stash so.......we'll see.

I'm not satisfied with the kit national markings or the Techmod markings. I ordered a Microscale sheet so we'll see how those look. I would REALLY prefer to use masks but haven't found any on line for the TBM/TBF. So for now decaling will have to wait. I'll finish the torpedo and a few other things to fill in the time gap.

Cool pics Martin. It will have to be a version with the tail hook retracted into the fuselage as I've already done that on the model. So the external hook version won't work.
