  1. I like that scheme too. Unusual and "neat" looking.
  2. Thanks Mike. Now if Mr. Tamiya will get off his butt.........LOL
  3. Made some progress on painting. Next will be the wings.
  4. Thanks Bevan. I hope to get the painting started today.
  5. Thank you Kent! Happy to be here!
  6. LOL Thanks! Glad to be here.
  7. I've been working on this one for 4-5 weeks now. I am building it without all the "fiddly" toy hinges, etc. I hope it will go well with another 506th a/c I built a couple of years ago that has a yellow tail.
  8. I really enjoy building the Tamiya F4U-1 kits and am REALLY looking forward to additional releases such as the F4U-1A/D, etc. Soon I hope.
  9. Nice work Ralph. That's a good looking JU-88 build.
  10. That is a great looking '109 build! I really like the color scheme. Nice work.
  11. Thanks fellas for the nice comments. Very much appreciated.
  12. I certainly do appreciate the nice posts about this build. Thanks guys!
  13. I can highly recommend the kit Jonathan. It's really outstanding.
  14. This kit has got to be one of the very best kits ever produced. Outstanding fit, etc and a real joy to build (I have built 3 so far! LOL).
  15. As I am a newbie here I thought I should post some photos of some of my builds. I built this '51 a few months back. As no decals are (or were at that time) available for this particular a/c I had to make my own using my laser printer. The black codes though are from Printscale. The nmf finish is Alclad. I hope you guys like it!
