I'm in with a Tamiya 1/48 F-14A Tomcat with the brilliant Furball set for VF114 The Aardvarks.

Martin, I'm in and six months would be way more then enough time. Tamiya 1/48 F-14A Tomcat - VF 114 The Ardvarks.
-
Yup, it's surely wide open. Ff course, a single person has two legs for his or her motive power.
-
PW, to tell you the truth, we were/are really good guys. But maybe I was a bit less troublesome .

RLAF T-28 done
Peterpools replied to JohnB's topic in LSM 1/32 and Larger Aircraft Ready for Inspection
When I first saw the photographs of the warped and twisted fuselage halves, I just never thought the kit could be saved - so glad I was wrong. One masterful build. -
I'm in for sure ... BTW, I'm an identical twin! Does that count? I already have a headache thinking about the possibilities.

WOW! Your T-28 looks brilliant and what you had to go to correct the kits por molding and warps, it's just so hard to believe we are looking at the kit .... amazing work. 🏆 -
My bad, I thought is was a done deal. There was a thread a number a months ago about this year's GB but it just faded away.

The new GB for 2024. Rules seem pretty simple. Has a time frame been set?

Back in the saddle. Finished re-installing my workbench
Peterpools replied to HubertB's topic in General Discussion
Oh no, not another move down the road - we're getting too old for all this excitement. -
John WOW! What an awesome project and your progress is amazing. I could never deal with all of those super small parts and then the tiny PE parts. You're off to a fantastic start and looking so good. Will be following all the way

1/48 Eduard Fokker DVII W/E kit
Peterpools replied to KevinM's topic in WW1 1/48 and larger Ready for Inspection
Kev Looks awesome and I'm starting to get the bug on doing a few of the Eduard 48th scale WWI aircraft. Looks as if I might even be able to build them. Rigging I would try to do with eyehooks, my only shot at this stage of the game - not the best of eyesight and a bit more or the 'Bull in a China Shop" when it comes to working in tight areas. -

Chris Absolutely agree with your thoughts. -
Carl Glad you were able to locate the intake screens and the tiny details you added look good and agree, will most likely never be seen - and I'm sure you feel good about adding them, which was the right move for sure.

Ralph Nice progress and the Artistro Acrylic Paint Pen Set sounds more then interesting. When you are using it, how about a mini-how too, would be much appreciated. -

Peterpools replied to Bomber_County's topic in LSM 1/35 and Larger Work In Progress
Phil Looks great and so glad the ZM Mustang is back on the bench and underway agai, Your choice for the paint scheme sounds awesome. -
PW Enjoy .. I had the kit from the moment Trumpeter let it literally fly and also a full boat of AirScale and ANZY AM for it. Only AM I need to still buy are Yellow Wing decals as the kits NAT insignia are too small. Looking forward to your upcoming build.

When Kai stopped posting and became MIA, I sent him a PM with no response and asked on the forum if anyone heard from Kai. Gaz, who is now also long gone but I do see his name when lurking elsewhere, said Kai was fine and well but that was all. I'm not sure what Ernie and Kev are referring to at all.

Hubert Congrats on living through 7 moves in 11 years ... surely a major feat. What a man cave ... looks absolutely fantastic and well worth all the work. Hoping everyone enjoys their new home and best of all you're back at the bench - organization and layout looks brilliant. -
