  1. X2. the weathering is bang on, winter/ muddy style.
  2. That mustard is an absolute necessity. It’s magical like the unicorn tears and equally expensive since it’s made by Tamiya.
  3. Ammo weathering products work great , although it is just a replacement of wet wash weathering for lazy people like Martin . Clear gloss with thinner, some paint and artistic pastel are the main ingredients. In case you want to mix them yourself.

  8. Few days ago I found 1/48 Revell/Dragon Horton for measly $50, so I gave it a shot. which was a major blunder. so off she goeees I chuck it into the bin just seconds before the truck moved in. liberating
  9. The nose needed more help. I decided to adjust the glazing so it can resemble the typical egg plane look more closely. these are just baby steps I don’t want to remove too much material. I know that the centre belly part should be more pronounced, but that opens a brand new can of worms. The R4 gun pod should mask it sufficiently.

  13. Ingenuity and adaptation, I like it. The result definitely speaks volumes. I also found myself gearing towards the so-call nostalgia builds. Not sure for how long, but it feels like those no-pressure/fun builds can help once in a while.
  14. I have been lurking along without posting, as Rob said, it is great to see you back Mike. Cheers M.
  15. This is awesome idea and execution. I love it! Cheers M.
  16. Purge continues, Strike birdie was avenged by four Heinekens-111.
  17. Mesmerizing beauty , thank you for sharing.
  18. Well placed Ernie, Harley among another machines is an empty canvas. It's not yours until you make it yours. It wasn't finished on the factory line , but in your shop, garage, driveway or cabin.
