I feel your pain Peter, it is challenging assembly, my cobra has been shelved for over 4 years now. But once done, it will be stunner. P-39 is amazingly looking airframe and well worth the effort , especially in your hands. Keep it up Sir !

I was wondering about the floor situation, to have it uneven will create risk of loosing tiny bits in nooks and crannies. Few bags of levelling compound would clean it up nicely. I wish I lived closer to help. -
