  1. Thank You Carl, I was little concerned about the overall match of those two pieces that were never officially combined together. Purist would say that this is not the 50th anniversary edition look and the fangs on the bottom part won't have any continuation at the top grille etc. . But then I looked at the pictures 1964-66 Mustang and noticed that there are two very prominent vertical bars on the front bumper, good enough for me as a styling feature to relate to
  2. retro porn is good too
  3. Oh Jeff, I am so sorry to hear such a bad news. life sucks, if you have to bear this kind of knowledge . I wish I can zoom down to the Okanagan Valley and take you guys out for lunch or something. stay strong
  4. More honeycombs. Mustangs for Canadian market are equipped with a block Heather. For that very reason the lower grille has this strange squarish shape to hide the related wiring . ....... I didn't like that and guys at the shop were kind enough to let me use their space on Saturday in order to pop in the new lower grille, that to me is more appropriate for the running pony fascia.
  5. I was trying to come up with something witty, but no luck
  6. I remember that build. I think it looks pretty neat and you are so close to be done. However I fully understand where you're coming from Ernie.
  7. Any hobbits already ?
  8. I would say, wait for AM cowlings, props and glass for now. There is a bunch of super cool P-40s waiting in the background Cheers M.
  9. Good to hear about the partial save Ernie, I would love to see this one finished. Is the cat still alive ? ..... just kidding
  10. Merry Christmas to you too Alfred and the whole SH team as well. And thank you guys for producing steady stream of fantastic kits and accessories. Cheers Martin
  11. hmmmmm, nope I think Ford is pushing it .... 68 is 68. S550 is S550 , a nice car in it's own way, but nowhere near to old school Mustang. If Bullitt, then let us start from scratch with the help of the Dynacorn body shell and later model drivetrain . ( no pun intended)
  12. Nice picture Tom, you're right . the lower roundels were revised with the arrival of the recognition stripes. Sorry to still the confusion. Cheers M.
  13. That's nice.
  14. Oh no! the ominous Tamiya super thin glue in combination with cat that mistaken the F-5 for a cucumber .
  15. Kingfisher party ?
