One other thing I love about LSM.

Any love for the Lavochkin La-7? Or Yak-3 maybe? An ML and MLA are #1 and #2 on my 2019/2020 bucket list. Not too many stones will go unturned... -
Happy getting-older day!! Enjoy!

Утвердительный. Masks for the iron crosses and tac code numbers, custom printed JaboG 33 badges, kit and aftermarket stencils.
-
Current state of affairs. But I'm confident it won't take too long for the aftermarket to chime in and offer new decal sheets for late North Mexican two-seaters in variegated camo with subdued symmetrical markings.

Sorta reminds of one of the best things about living on the Franco-German border Pic taken in late June, undisclosed location, France:

I can faintly a recall a place in Nelson that sells Possum Pie. Fairly popular among locals and loopers. 88 days and counting down...

I think I'm going to use paint masks for the iron crosses and tactical code numbers. I've already started to draw up the basic paint mask layouts.

OK, I'll ask him... From what I know, it comes with an MBU-12/P mask, clear and dark visors, a replacement (rigid) visor cover, WEA, etc. Since you were explicitly stating "HGU-55/P", and in order to avoid any misunderstandings, it's an HGU-55/G we're talking about.

Slightly delayed, but they've finally made it to my doorstep. One of two Italeri TF-104G Zippers: Blue skies, Old Man. (22 August 1942 - 1 April 2018) Both 28+28 and my dad retired from active service in 1983.

Ballistol Universaloel can also be used as a wound antiseptic or to rub chapped squirrel toebeans. Just saying...

Let me try to put it this way. The coalition bombed Iraq for WMD's they didn't have. With Vegemite being sold all over Straya and New Zealand, they had any right to nuke the entire southern hemisphere for a good cause. Anyway, I love that stuff!!!
-
No sh*t, I love that Vegemite stuff! Vegemite toast with pickles or a poached egg on top. Yummy!

Once I had finished my second Amodel Il-76 they had to send me off to the loony bin for a couple of weeks. -

I presume it hasn't anything to do with its NATO reporting name, right? <chuckles> -

Pretty large planes for their scale. Yes, why not. Variatio delectat. -

You could. In theory. Once. Those brushtails have become an ecological nightmare in NZ...
-
Had the privilege to meet one of those brushtails during one of my first trips to mainland NZ during the early 1990s. THE pest, they said. Let's see who's gonna win - the brushtails or "Predator Free 2050".

And somewhat bigger than a Sea Fury. Just in order to give an idea of the required cabinet space. (In case you're a proud owner of the FMP kit) Personally speaking, folded wings are a no-go. But thank God, there is no accounting for taste and colours.

Much anticipated! I'm really eager to see how the Wyvern will evolve. I guess the HpH folks will keep us posted accordingly via IPMS Nymburk, etc. C'mon, HpH...Firebrand, Gannett...bring 'em on!

Indeed, Claypool & Co. appeared fittingly weird in view of this weird thread. Besides, life would suck without my daily dose of Primus. PRIMUS - Too Many Puppies (1990)

I've just remembered a thing I had totally forgotten about.. With all that squirrel stuff going on... Saddened Ivan:

In case you may be looking for/or interested in a Luftwaffle HGU-55/G, a good friend of mine has one on sale.
