  1. Great work Nige. A good friend just told me that his military adopted family has a senior member that flew 34 missions in WW2 and most of them over Berlin. I am working out a deal to get this kit so I can build one for the former B-17 pilot. I going to find out his tail # to see if I will need to have custom decals made. Anyway, your work is amazing!! Mike
  2. I am no expert of this subject, but I have the Mk. IF that I like to build soon. I always thought it looked cool with those invasion stripes. So Rog since you like to build one in similar scheme (D-day strips) why don't you tell us or me what is required to make the old revell kit into post D-day bird? Personally, I won't bother with full interior. You won't hardly see any once fuselage is closed up. Cockpit might be good, but detail engine and open panel cowling is better. And please, don't go the Aires route with their P-47 engine...although, it's a great piece but price of $75+ is bit ridiculous. Wheel well...maybe, but detail weapons will be better. Well, I'm all ears... Mike
  3. Those are awesome as Barry is a master of a craftsmen when it comes to detail parts. So, grab them while their hot...
  4. Never heard of Mr. Mark softener but I have tried Solvaset and it works like charm. Now, I'll have find and try this Mr. Mark stuff and see how it works. Mike
  5. Hello Gang, Recently, I did a review on LSP regarding Sierra Hotel F-4 Phantom intake sets. Since I just joined this site I figure you guys might like to take a look as well. I'm sure there are several Phantom lovers among you... So, here's the link.... http://forum.largescaleplanes.com/index.php?showtopic=47054 If anyone has any question then email me. Thanks and enjoy. Mike
  6. Thanks Rick, its pleasure being part of it.
  7. Hyperscale, Aircraftresourcecenter, and Zone-five.net for me. That covers all scale in aircraft side of modeling and for tracks..missing-lynx, and armorama. HTH
  8. Ooooohhh, now I see. I thought it was something like Ruissian with backward B or R and that S was #5. Pretty cool. Thanks for clearing that up for me
  9. Hey Guys, I was wondering what is this on the logo here...can mod explain? Is that upside down 7 and what scale M represent? Curious mind that's all. Mike
  10. Awesome work as always Jeroen. I have seen your work before and I'm glad to have seen this. I was finally able to get this kit few weeks ago and I want to build her in white paint scheme as well. So, as many photos of your work you can share is greatly appreciated by me. Btw, your work on WnW kits got me into WW1 modeling. I saw your blue/white checker Albatros few years ago and I was hooked. So again, sharing your work and knowledge is greatly appreciated. Mike
  11. Mike, nice set up buddy. It's nice to recognize a friendly face here. Didn't you posted your man cave pics on hyperscale? I have seen those before. Anyway, dang good set up. Next time I'm down south and you put regular pepsi in fridge...l'll stop by Mike
