Happens to me all the time. Still haven't figured it out.

I now try to keep a pad at the bench and write down the supplies to be ordered as I run short or even run out. Forgetting to buy even the smallest item was never an issue when buying at the LHS (mine are gone) and has become a huge issue for us seniors.

Wish lists are the way to go, I tend to only buy from two suppliers so it’s easy……

I was reading off my bench notepad.  I forgot to double check it against my order.  I think subconsciously I just want to place another order a week later.  
Remember that post about life being boring without a package coming in the mail?

I usually keep items in my SB cart. Although, now and then the cart seems to disappear. I think the solution is to log out and re-login and it says that I left some items in another cart, so it adds them.
