k5ikl
Just finished is the Hasegawa 1/32 P-40E done as Tex Hill's P-40E '108'. Used Yahu PE IP and Eduard PE seatbelts, otherwise OOB. I have also done his P-40B Tomahawk some years back. Aircraft 108 was one of the replacement P-40E's picked up from India. The U.S. stars were replaced with the Chinese suns on the wings and were painted out on the fuselage sides, but the U.S. ARMY under the wings was retained. Tex Hill was associated with this aircraft in most sources, especially during the Salween River Gorge missions. Cheers, Jerry 7
