Eduard 1/48 Bristol F2b Fighter , Palestine 1917 , 111 Sdn. RFI

111 Sdn , formed in Palestine in 1917 and issued with a variety of aircraft including the F2b.

Their first victory came on 30th October when this aircraft downed an enemy observation aircraft. 

My first double bay biplane , a lot more fiddly in 1/48 than the single bay 1/32 one's I've done . Fun though !

The eyelets and turnbuckles are terrific, and one of the reasons I sold my WNW kits!  Nice job, PW.   Cool to see the WWI subjects.

Fantastic job with the stringback, PW. You have to look very closely, to detect, it´s 48 scale. Glad the Prym rigging worked out.
