Some progress on the flatbed. I used the brand new Uschi wood decals. Specially designed for flatbed train wagons.

You can't imitate the detail with oils or other paint techniques.

Some oil washes should blend it some more, followed by a satin coat.

Thnx George!

And here's the GI that will be on the gondola. Paintbrushing some white texting on the fuse of the Reichenberg.

Painting of figure is halfway done.

It's a figure by Warriors

Hello Jeroen,

Love the subject, you never see one of these build, love the chipping effect as well, must try that one day, but i'am a bit scared that it might just ruin my build when done wrong.

( i guess i must try to do it, because that is what this forum is all about, to learn from one another)

love the GI Joe to, looks very good with this display,

Jeroen, this is very very cool build. I didn't even know there was such kit in our scale. I will have to grab one for sure and use your work as a reference ;) I think this the best way to build German WW2 stuff ;):D

Thnx Mike!

Here's some progress. Bought some chains to secure the bugger. Added some really thin lead foil to protect the fuse from the scratching chains.

Getting there...
