harv Posted June 2, 2019 Author Posted June 2, 2019 Thanks Martin, but afraid it wouldn't make it in one piece... 1
Martinnfb Posted June 2, 2019 Posted June 2, 2019 no, too much orange peal and grain particles . Harvey , deal with the nose first . Resin+plastic+ filler+ etc. will be extremely demanding for the preparation work itself . One step per time buddy, finish the nose and then look ahead. it is not in one piece to begin with . 1 1
harv Posted June 2, 2019 Author Posted June 2, 2019 I know, its just a stretch of my skill level........harv 1
Administrators Clunkmeister Posted June 2, 2019 Administrators Posted June 2, 2019 Harv, it looks like the side tubes are in the way of the nose coming together. Like the front assembly is too high. Can you cut it and readjust it lower? You need the top to come together cleanly so the windscreen fits correctly. I’d remove the panels, sand, modify and adjust the frames to fit the panels. The frames won’t be seen, the panels will. Rock and roll, man, you can do it. 2 1
Martinnfb Posted June 3, 2019 Posted June 3, 2019 Harvey, I have an idea. What about to scrap the two seater project and build a single seater ? All the parts are in the box already and it should go together with an ease . 2
harv Posted June 22, 2019 Author Posted June 22, 2019 Well guys, this is boxed up for some other time. Won't be done for Nooga and to be honest, I'm tired of fighting the conversion set. Also heath issues havent helped. So, onward and upward so they say.....harv 4
