A Mirage with German crosses?!

Putting German crosses on a Mirage is the most effective way to thoroughly disfigure such a beautiful aircraft. On the other hand, the Mirage III family holds many opportunities to put kitchen foil on it.

Nowadays, a livery of FS 35237 allover with an FS 36320 coated radome would be more "authentic".
Same finish as used on Bundesluftwaffle Eurofighters/Typhoons...

I must admit (quite reluctantly), that a Mirage 2000C in mid-1980s Norm 81A/Norm 81B scheme seems strangely alluring....

Not a terrible scheme (NORm81A)...   Though I've never been drawn to the F4.   Not particularly in love with the Eurofighter, even.  Might have to stick with 100 series and the odd Russki.  Just not enamored of anything with afterburners, really.

Song Wang's Mirage 2000C test shot build
(recently published on facebook)

Seems indeed we'll be getting a Mirage 2000C/2000-5 hybrid. 75% Mirage 2000C, 25% Mirage 2000-5.
Unless the assembly guide of the final kit will clearly distinguish between the version-specific odds and ends, the suffix C in Mirage 2000C stands for "Clusterfuck"...

Fairly straightforward and no-frills fuselage breakdown, though.

"Just for show". Some the depicted armament is strictly Mirage 2000D specific.

Ouch!
Piece of cake - just leave the radome where it's supposed to be...

In order to access the radar, the entire nose section has to be removed.
The radome itself is an integral part of the nose section and will only be removed for repaints, repairs or replacement.

Lightning diverter strips present, but no pitot boom.

I was excited about the F-5 release, but not over the roof especially after I opened the box. The feeling was ... f-this > too much work for Tom Cruise's heritage. However, now I am thinking about azure sky of the Greek coast and sick weathering.....:)

hi all ! Mirage 2000 D kittyhawk ??????? well what a disappointed it is! i have it and after checking with others modellers most french !!! this is the conclusion ! finally we have a mirage 2000 !!! but first is an mirage 2000 B ! the cockpit needs to scratch to get the right standard missing 3 CRT switches and more ! second the missing all the weapons stencils and weapons for the D version ! third the decals are incomplete ! the version with the tiger hasn't 2 tiger but on one side of the fin has a map of europe ! the devil has a big indian chief head not another devil ! the warning decals and some others are too big! oversized ! one of the worst things a molde line running on the front end of the jet on the cockpit side ! this little problems like somebody else mention and we respect other people thinking ! lead me on a conclusion : the kit it has been rushed to the market ! leazy work on research ! overpriced ! just thinking how much would you spend to overcome at those errors! and for a average of 100 /110 US dollars is an rip off ! but this is typical from kitty(shitty)hawk
