  1. Kinda grumpy today huh Gaz?
  2. Decaling done and model oversprayed with clear flat. I just need to finish a few odds and ends and it will be DONE!
  3. Not new but outstanding to watch! Outstanding CGI work.
  4. Mo betta now! LOL I used some kill markings from my stash to replace the buggered up ones. I was worried the artwork wouldn't look "right" since the white background of "Moonbeam" was missing. Turned out okay although the kill markings are slightly over size. I can live with that.
  5. Thanks guys. I'll figure something out.
  6. I couldn't remember who I got them from Carl so I guess they are the ones you sent me. Please check anyway if it's not a problem. Thanks! John
  7. Trying to put a alternate plan together. If I can't find replacement decals for "Moonbeam McSwine" I guess I'll have to opt out for a re-do and finish it as this 605 Squadron a/c. At least I wouldn't have to repaint the whole damn model.
  8. Help needed!! I managed to screw up part of the "Moonbeam McSwine" decal when I tried to put it on the model. As luck would have it that Aviology sheet is now only available in 1/48 and 1/24 so I can't get a replacement from them. Would any of you guys happen to have this sheet in 1/32? All I would need is the kill markings and the name under the artwork (I haven't applied the art yet). You would be saving my butt if you could send just those little pieces to me so I can complete the model. I would also be willing to buy the entire sheet if that works for you. Thanks in advance!!!
  9. I'm glad you like it, thanks.
  10. LOL Jeff. I appreciate that! I'll still have to add the rest of the landing gear, props, bomb bay doors and a few other odds and ends after I get the decals on.
  11. Yes, coming right along. I'll do some paint touchups then start with the decals. Should be a good looking model in the end.
  12. Thanks Carl. That Xtracolor does a great job.
  13. Most of the painting is now done. Some touchup work will be needed but not a big deal. Decaling can start fairly soon.
  14. I look forward to seeing this one take shape.
  15. Painting underway! Black undersides next.
  16. Thanks Kev! I appreciate that.
  17. Thanks Phil. Yes, enamels have long been my paints of choice. I have always had good results with them. Just a matter of preference I guess. Now it's time to start painting the model! I will use Xtracolor for the two upper camo colors.
  18. Thank you Ernie.
  19. Couple oops here.
  20. Thanks. I like it too!
  21. Thank you Gaz!
