  1. Carl is kind and selflessly generous, possessing wast knowledge yet humble as one can be. Thanks to all of you guys. Your help and patience makes this a fun place to be at.
  2. Maybe I didn’t express myself clearly. I understand the configuration and the layout , need the details so I can replicate them. Thank you Jeff. I might omit the bombs completely since it was a training unit. Or cannibalize Tamiya kit by stealing the racks from there.
  3. Thank You guys, according to the drawings that I posted above it shouldn't be one frame-like rack, but two separate racks . Similar to what is provided in Tamiya kit x2.
  4. This is what the bomb bay looks like OOB. It can’t be right . If somebody can help out with a decent drawing or a picture of a bomb bay ( not the fighter version) I would be a happy camper
  5. Work of art , Oliver. just stunning

  7. The bombs provided in the kit are so generic, that I’ve listened to brilliant advice from Carl and will be using 250 pounders from Tamiya’s Spitfire.
  8. Already, gonna hang here some pictures of the upper wing surface after a bit of TLC. The overdone wing-spar tape was sanded down and scribed around the outside perimeter just to outline it’s position. next : scribing panels and riveting metal parts.
  9. Phenomenal, Thank You Jeff, the wing is smooth as silk.
  10. Really nice work Jerry ! 👍 Cheers Martin
  11. Amazing, thank you for sharing Jeff. Much appreciated
  12. You guys are too kind. I’m just an assembler. The main section is taking shape. Putty still has to harden overnight. The props are on just to get the extra motivational kick. Carl is saving the day by sending the paddle blades from his Tamiya kit. Thank you Carl.
  13. Very ambitious 👍
  14. Few videos to keep you occupied between the updates
  15. Hubert, I will stick with the kit canopy, it is passable. Falcon canopies are made of unobtanium. And again, I can go nuts and modified everything, but that's not the point. Thank you Gus, there will be more work required on the nose, mainly finishing touches.
  16. A bit of work on the rest of the leading edge. Unmodified modified
