  1. As I am cooking dinner I had a moment to spare, to sand the seams and ejector pin marks on the exhaust petals and smother the inlet tunnel/ engine cowling connection. There will be some scribing needed, but overall? Not too shabby. Considering the butchery that is happening here
  2. Definitely Nikki
  3. Thank You Carl, not at all. I will definitely build another one. The break down of the intakes is slightly challenging due the thin mating surface. There are also few gaps, nothing crazy. I will fill it today and move on the cockpit detailing.
  4. Nice, I’m looking forward to see how this Roden kit falls together. cheers Martin
  5. I can't see it, but I can feel that what you've done is right.
  6. “Not great, not terrible…” ☢️ Anatoly Dyatlov Even in the sun, it’s very hard to see the engines. some filler and she is good as new… wait…. She’s new. 😝
  7. Just a quick slap of paint
  8. Nice touch from GWH
  9. Seamlessly seamless
  10. The painter was either dyslectic or drunk :). Or both. I would follow the photograph of the actual plane. Deviation for the standard are common and adds even more polonium into the topic
  11. Yeah , this is probably (hopefully) the most painful part. I had quite a bit of fun with the seat as well, at the end completely omitting the metal parts and played with tape and putty. Resin would be nice for sure.
  12. Since I had to mix some epoxy putty to reshape the intakes, I used some to spruce up the seat as well. Just a rudimentary touch.
  13. Some more progress tonight. Nozzles are based with a mixture of blue and black. Seat assembly was super flimsy so I placed it into the cockpit and detail it as such. And the intakes, well I have to wait until they dry. But I know already. THE STRUGGLE IS REAL night night
  14. Mark, are you on Strava ? I have been using it for about a year now, you can monitor your progress and the progress of your friends and motivate each other. I am slowly getting back to running after my tendon injury. Cheers Martin
  15. Oh, look Mom instructions !
  16. I was initially concerned about the ejector pin marks in the intake tunnels, however after I glued them together I’ve noticed a different problem. The fit is not ideal, nothing that a little bit of putty can’t fix.
