  1. Thank you for stopping by Mark, it is late and I just finished basic shapes . Dolphin is pretty much there, and the loading ramp has also new shape. The transition between the windshield and the weather radar dome needs some TLC, but not today. Cheers M.
  2. Took it out of hibernation today. Calgary is incredibly dusty, very disconcerting to breath that stuff. Even more if own a black vehicle But I am not alone nah nah nah nah...boo booo
  3. Stunning work, I really like epic builds with a twist and this is one of them. Cheers M.
  4. Sanding blocks arrived, let the wild rumpus start.
  5. instrument bezels for Beaufighter arrived , and I just noticed that they are in 1/48 scale. Still ok, useful for something . Back to ordering 32nd scale this time. Oh well more time for the dolphin nose with brand spanking new sanding blocks and few sheets of save 220 and 180 grit sand paper.
  6. Stunning build Ivan, great photography as well.
  7. As Ivan said above, stencils are very markable and usually very well maintained on Soviet/Russian aircrafts. They are in deferent colours in order to distinguish between different systems, such as, air, oil, fuel and general warnings. Even fasteners have little tiny lines on them to show the "lock" position.
  8. Thanks Carl, I just run 4km , with only 3 minutes longer time then I should, so the leg seems to be fine, minus the colours
  9. Thank You. When I build this, the Revell offering wasn't around and I sold Hasegawa F-8, simply because I didn't see the value to last in a re-box.
  10. I can't read my own handwriting either , sorry for being a goof, just trying to lighten it up . I believe handwriting is still part of the educational curriculum in Canadian schooling.

  15. One of those dogs ( St,Bernard) that are treated like people run to me last night while jogging in the park and sprained my ankle. I know what you guys mean, I am just annoyed by dog-owners that don't have control over the animal. Now I'm limping like Quasimodo.
  16. Some more putty on the nose and KO-50 Kerosine heater. Wheeeeee, flyiiiiiing
  17. Looking good my friend. That's a massive piece of plastic. I moved Mi-17 build to the kitchen for the very same reason. Cheers M.
