FullArmor Posted June 14 Author Posted June 14 This kit is available with Krupp turret (09543) and "Henschelturm"(this kit). I wanted this latter option. Krupp turret would be "more accurate" but this tank never had a turret so...all turrets are wrong anywayđ§. This turret is imaginary combination of Schmalturm and Tiger II Ausf.B turret. Also some games and kits have maus turret but that is impossible by it massive weight. 2
FullArmor Posted June 14 Author Posted June 14 Added more details. With side fenders. Added trumpeter workable tracks which are brilliant. Stock kit has rubber tracks.  Added small pins to alloy easy removal of side skirts.  More flamecut marks. Added rough texture to barrel and shroud. 6
FullArmor Posted June 14 Author Posted June 14 If anybody can tell me if those side fenders are cast or rolled steel??? 2
DocRob Posted June 14 Posted June 14 I can only guess, but I think they should have been made from rolled steel. Cheers Rob 3

FullArmor Posted Friday at 12:35 PM Author Posted Friday at 12:35 PM I wanted to use many different colors to to illustrate that this machine was put together in a hurry. And with the materials that were available at that time of construction. At the moment the colors seem cartoonish, but I hope I can change this to look more realistic. Wish me luck đŹ  bad overspray𫣠Used red primer this time. 5
BlrwestSiR Posted Friday at 12:40 PM Posted Friday at 12:40 PM I like it. I did something similar on my E-100 as well. 2
FullArmor Posted Saturday at 06:20 AM Author Posted Saturday at 06:20 AM I used AK076 dark brown filter to create more realistic appearance. Good foundation to add more weathering.  Top plate no filter vs side panels filter applied. 3
