Administrators JeroenPeters Posted January 28, 2016 Administrators Posted January 28, 2016 As I posted some photo's of the model on Revell's stand of the coming Me262 I thought I'd pop a topic up here too. It appears that Radu Brendan is involved which surely is a good thing. I wasn't too impressed with the photo's and I'm glad to hear it is not a representation of the final product. Really can't wait to see how this plays out!!
rkranias Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 With the quality and price points of Revell's recent 1:32 releases I am puzzled why the 262B-1a? Trumpeter's 262B-1a offering is quite good. Regardless, I am anxious to see how this release turns out.
Wingco57 Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 I believe they usually have a mock up on show if the new moulds are not yet ready, sometimes it could even have been a kit from another company of a vacform. Times have changed but not entirely so.Cees
Administrators JeroenPeters Posted January 29, 2016 Author Administrators Posted January 29, 2016 The Trumpie is actually getting sold out fast... Harding to come by these days
Wumm Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 It's completely ironic if you ask me... Revell's representative advises Modellers that they might as well sell their examples of the competitor's product on eBay because their version will be so fantastic - then uses the competitor's product on the Revell stand at a trade show! Wumm Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 That's right George... It's the Trumpeter Me262 on display in these photos.
Artful69 Posted January 29, 2016 Posted January 29, 2016 That's right George... It's the Trumpeter Me262 on display in these photos. Seriously? ... Do we know that for a fact it is a Trumpeter kit? ... If so, it would be a boon for Trumpy, eh? ... ... "And here's one Trumpeter prepared for us earlier!" ... Classic! Rog
