  1. Thanks! It’s a Lanc, not a Felix, Tony. It’ll be all about the finish. Acres of NMF on this one.
  2. Roight then! Here we are with the first of my concerns handled. The airliner windows needed to be deep sixed to Davy Jones Locker. I sprayed on a thinned and decanted coat of Tamiya primer through my trusty VL, and I think we’ve more or less made them disappear. There’s one or two standing slightly proud, but a swipe of a sanding stick will fix that. There’s also a couple pinholes in the Tamiya putty I’ll attend to as well Next we cut the observation window into the other fuselage side, frame the internals, and get some clear acetate cut to shape and inserted.
  3. Rob, I look for the obscure, then beg Martin and Ivan the research it, then attempt to build it. It’s a fun hobby, right?
  4. Lolololol but that will give you a toomah!
  5. The rest of the interior is getting nothing more than what you see there. It’ll be invisible. Maybe I’ll put the bench seat in by the tail for the observers, and I’m sure those ammo cans should be gone, it they’re invisible and I wanted to close the holes in the floor, sooooo.....
  6. Ok, I like resin. Especially oddball stuff. Wrong scale, but I’ll build them. I’ve never heard of Alpha Flight before, but these are really, really nice full resin and vac, lots of full color PE, gorgeous decals, metal gear legs, etc
  7. Little bit of modeler’s license with the wood top table, but hey, it’s mine, so just wait till place settings for four are laid out
  8. That’s not the only thing that shrinks at your age, Buddy
  9. Well, the floatplane is a one off, so maybe we’ll start to see some more, like the Curtiss H Boats, or even the NC series....
  10. I’m not sure, actually. But it looks Aviatik ish.
  11. Welcome welcome welcome! I’m sure you will fit right in here, Sir. We’re all quite easy going here, and I’m looking forward to seeing some of your co pleated builds. - Ernie
  12. Ho Li Chow, I’m blown away. AND we’re getting the UWD seaplane as well, of which they constructed a grand total of exactly ONE example. Coolness, and its truly the Happy Times of 1/32 modeling.
  13. This is looking nice, John. I remember Peter's and your builds. They inspired me to build one too.
  14. Oh good grief! Justin Bieber? I had forgotten all about that douchenozzle.
  15. Except those of us building oddball postwar 1960s Canadian kites.
  16. I just know that it’s not even close for a Mk.X. The engineer’s panel is completely different on those. Sigh.
