I will do MY very best to abstain from really weighing in on this one, as I could go on, and on, and on , and .....................................ON, about some of the shenanigans, I have had to encounter with our 'Crown Corporation'.............................and just for the record, I love it when they hold us all hostage because they want MORE $ for their impeccable service.................................. ok,........................ Jeff..................... STOP ! Martin, I feel your pain.......I promised to stop....... not sure I can.....

and don't forget the smells............... after a long flight, all stuffed up in that aluminum tube sniffing, meals, little kids barf, fat guys with b/o, and stale farts, when they open that door it SMELLS like Paradise....... sweet and extremely fresh................. oh man Harv........... I'm so glad you go to go there and Cathy and I hope you have the BEST time ever...... you taking a few minutes to visit Pearl? You HAVE to.... it is SO cool, and interesting.......I have been 3 times and always manage to find time to pay my respects to the young men on the Arizona................. enjoy every minute old buddy......oh and only IF you have to, check out the chicks on the beach..... BUT only IF you have to....... hope you packed the speedo.....

I'm gonna have to get my daughter in law to take a shovel next time she goes there, she is a Major ( I prefer Squadron Leader ) in the RCAF, and has gone there a few times for deployment.... cool beans

Perfect............ I totally get that....... still an incredible find.....where did it come from, ( if you don't want to say I understand) just curious, as I have always wanted to get into digging up history like that, how interesting... I'm intrigued ...............
-
HOLY , John, THAT is VERY cool..... are you going to leave it like that or clean it up? If you 'clean' it up I wonder if that will mess with the integrity of the leather liner or the helmet itself? VERY, VERY cool....

Yeah, I just may have... damn... LOL... yeah Wardair, the BEST ever, Royal Dalton China and fillet mignon.............. served by beautiful, and HELPFUL stewardesses, and spotless, AWESOME B 747 aircraft..... I flew on Romeo Vachon, Doc Oaks, and Herbert Hillock-Kenyon................... oh those were the days my friend...
-
Your welcome for my input........it isn't much 'input' as it goes, more of a sit on the fence Politician answer......... LOL!!!! It is always a dilemma to hope one makes the 'right decision'...... if there is a right decision.... ultimately it is what you think looks good, but for the record, I would agree pink on top and blue on the bottom, and isn't that how it was in real life? I am more than confident , that you could put duct tape on it and it would look excellent, judging by what I have seen of your work so far......your efforts are awesomely gorgeous, and I am really wanting to emulate what you do, but I think that is a pay grade above my meager talents... I watch with enthusiasm....

hhhhhmmmmmm, now that can be a little bit of a dilemma..... I would say, and don't take my advice as gospel, BUT, as this aircraft may be a little bit of a hybrid, part movie bird part real deal......for me, and only me , I might just try to do it as the movie bird with just the cammo wing, but if I were to do it with rib tapes, I might be inclined to do them in pink................... BUT I do like the blue........................and the no rib tape is cool too.......... does that help clear things up?
