Thank you Carl. This kit is such a easy build it should go fairly fast. Everything FITS!

Thanks Gaz. All of it is OOB.

I agree Kevin. They have always been TWO of my favorite things. ðĪŠ

This one has been on the shelf looking back at me for a while so I've decided to go on and build it. This is the "Dottie Mae" kit with all the Eduard after market included in the box. I really wanted to do "Tallahassee Lassie" but haven't been able to find any decals for the nose art so I have settled on a similar one that is included in the kit "Pilots Dream IV". I intend to build it OOB using the Eduard stuff that comes in the kit. Should make a nice looking Jug.

This one has been sitting idle since early November while I was waiting for some masks for the fuselage stripes. Well, despite assurences the masks were "in the mail" I never received them even though he said he sent them twice. Who knows, maybe they will show up some day but I got tired of waiting and decided just to do it myself. Turned out it wasn't as difficult as I had expected. Now I can go on and resume the build and finish the model.

Thank you Kevin. It really isn't one of my favorites either but I figured since I already had the kit I should go on and build it. -

Finished with this one. https://forum.largescalemodeller.com/topic/18763-fisher-f9f-twogar-done/ -
All done with this one. I have to say it was not a easy build with several problems with fit and warped parts. Pretty much normal for a short run resin kit. Better than some, worse than others. I painted it with Tamiya Gloss White, Testor's Dark Gull Gray and my own "mix" for the International Orange (my bottle of IO had dried up). Decals are kit decals and some from my decal stash. I hope y'all like it. Remember, click on the 1st photo for best resolution and to view as a slide show. (This holds true for all the model posts here.)
