Is this the Dragon kit? I just ordered one for the stash. I was watching Age Of Tanks on Netflix and got the bug to add one.

Great build but every time I see the picture of the girl in chains I get offended, I am going to report this thread but perhaps I should look again to make sure I'm not over reacting......hmmmm, jury is still out...I best go have another look and maybe just zoom in a bit to REALLY make sure I'm offended.

Dang, that cockpit, is that after market or scratch built? *EDIT* Looking more closely at the pics I see its a mix of scratch and kit parts.

Thanks John, Someone over on Large Scale Planes said they had one for me. I sent him a PM a few days ago with my address but have yet to get a response to it. I'll give it a week or so to show up. If it falls through I may hit you up if you don't mind

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes. I've been reading "Danger's Hour" about the Kamikaze attacks on the USS Bunker Hill, which inspired me to dig out my Trumpeter Avenger kit to see if one of the schemes offered was a plane off the Bunker Hill. It's not but as I was fondling the plastic I noticed I had a missing piece for the cockpit. It's part G50, the console for the starboard side of the cockpit. I was wondering if anyone might have it in their spares box if their Avenger was built with an aftermarket replacement cockpit and might be willing to part with it. Thanks in advance, John

Holy Frijoles, how have I not known about this kit before now. I actually stumbled on this thread while looking at HpH's Catapult kit.

I was thinking the same thing about the link to the referenced build...thanks for asking. As for everyone commenting about everyone else "complaining" about this kit, I see nothing wrong with pointing out the inaccuracies of any particular kit, it all seemed fairly respectful compared to what I've seen in the past on other sites on related and unrelated subjects...i.e. guitars, classic car restoration parts, model railroad ect. The B-24 a great subject and I think knowing inaccuracies of a kit is very helpful to the decision of buying a particular kit. I'm certainly looking forward to seeing this build progress.
