This kit has got to be one of the very best kits ever produced. Outstanding fit, etc and a real joy to build (I have built 3 so far! LOL).

That is, quite frankly .... GORGEOUS!!!! it's a beautiful build sir, you have every right to be as proud as punch with it.

I really enjoy building the Tamiya F4U-1 kits and am REALLY looking forward to additional releases such as the F4U-1A/D, etc. Soon I hope.

I'm in Shreveport. I rarely enter contests anymore though. Back in the 70's, 80's and 90's I'd go to 'em all. Too lazy now! LOL

The Corsair was the first 1/32 scale Tamiya kit I had built (I had built a lot of there 1/48 scale)since then I've built 5 P-51Ds 4 Mk VIII & 4 Mk IX's I've got another P-51K waiting to be built. Love'em all.
