Looks great!

 

Not sure if I missed it somewhere, but would you mind sharing what software you used for the 3D printing?

Sure. I use Cinema4D on a Mac.

Jeroen,

When looking at the photo with the mainspar attachment thingies, I have a feeling they are not Junkers but part of the jig to hold the fuselage horizontal. Better check more pics to be sure.

But then again I could be wrong.

Hi Cees,

What u are saying is correct. The jig parts you see in the photo go OVER the wing root attachments. Here's a pic without a jig.

Not a very clear one.

Here are some drawings. The shape of the connectors seem to differ from the photo's i can find. Need to look into these parts a bit more...

But only in the drawings. All the photo's i found show them like rings...

First paint!

RLM66. With some lighter and darker highlights. 

Letting it set and then it's time to bring it all to life with washes, scratches and details.

Update!

Almost ready to put the pit together.

Jim just sent me the Profi Modeller oxygen apparatus, so still a bit moe work to do before closing her up.
