Administrators JeroenPeters Posted August 16, 2016 Administrators Posted August 16, 2016 I needed a small break from the He111. That monster has been hogging my bench for too long. Picked up this build that was a gift from Arrow Wolf models. The Revi 12 gunsight is ready for it's first paint layer and so are the panels. This should get things moving on my desk! It should turn out a little bit like this: http://forum.largescalemodeller.com/topic/518-14-messerschmitt-bf-109e-instrument-panel/ 2
Administrators James H Posted August 16, 2016 Administrators Posted August 16, 2016 You need the patience of a saint to bang away at a He from start to finish. This is a very cool project and it can be built in a week. Mine was smashed last year in house move. Watching this one

This is a very cool project and it can be built in a week. Mine was smashed last year in house move. Watching this one I'm deaf not waisting any time on this one. Shot some shades of RLM66. Masked the Revi Glass. Roughed up the leather cushion and base coated it light beige. Then some hairspray, followed by dark leather. etc... You know the drill. 2
Administrators JeroenPeters Posted August 17, 2016 Author Administrators Posted August 17, 2016 Speeding along! 4
Members Mikester Posted August 19, 2016 Members Posted August 19, 2016 Those Eduard IPs are very cool, need to build mine and put them in a shadow box.
coolboxx Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 Sweet as, what I really like is the slight wearing on the edges. It comes to life.
Administrators JeroenPeters Posted October 2, 2016 Author Administrators Posted October 2, 2016 Hi all! Finished this little gem of a kit today. Bought a deep frame with a hinge front glass door and adorned it with a photo of Adolf Galland, signed by... Adolf Galland! And added a data placard for good measure. I would like to specially thank Grant Lovett and Cees Broere. You guys know why! Jeroen 5
Wouter Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Lovely project Jeroen. Certainly looks the business in that picture frame! 1
