EX0 Error

For about the last week, I've been getting the following error when accessing LSM via the "Last Updated" short-cut:

Sorry, there is a problem

Something went wrong. Please try again.

Error code: EX0

So now I can't see only the subject matter I've subscrribed to- I have to trawl through all the content.

Ah, the joys of the upgrade! Our IT people took our entire hospital (1000+ beds) offline for almost a day recently when they attempted a system upgrade. Thankfully they do a full system restore each evening so they could get it back.

The same error occurs when trying to access any member profile or sending PM's.
