Cool subject! I've been considering some of Amusing Hobby's offerings; their Fv4005 and Conquerer II kits. There's only one Fv4005, and is currently being restored on YouTube by a Mr Hewes. The Badger is certainly an intimidating beast!

Yes, I got those too.. I also have a 1/16 M5 Stuart by ClassyHobby.
-
How about an insane ,German, overly engineered, Huge, one-off mine roller thingy? The Krupp Raumer! It had 2 engines. Takom has kits in 1/35 and 1/72. I got one in my stash....
-
Whether you have the big Andy's 1/16 M10/Achilles or one in 1/35 (Tamiya shown) in your stash it would qualify as they were powered by GM 6046...a twin diesel powerplant!

I would have jumped at the chance.... I always do..bad impulse control... reason why my model stash gets bigger....therapy needed I guess. Oh!...that looks cool press buy now!

Thanks. Yes, looks like a great business..... Lots of interesting stuff offered with great explanations of each product. For now, I'm just going to make that 1/8 martians eye glow. This new tripod kit has a lot of potential in terms of lighting... With many YouTube videos showing how its done. The 48th scale '53 war machine demands to be lit. I was also pondering using luminescent paint charged by UV led lights...if that could work. Also perhaps glow tape or side glow fiber optic...We'll see . I started working on my neglected Andy's Sherman again, but as a simple side project, any of these kits would be great.

A most impressive workshop set-up Hubert! -
A few things today: First from an outfit called Evan Designs, https://evandesigns.com/collections/hobby-leds. A lighting kit for that Pegasus Martian kits' big eye . a LED set (NHP1) with a"Nano" Led, wiring, switch, and a battery holder for a coin-type battery. Next; Some Leveling thinner. Always need that. Last; from Pegasus hobbies, Their Alien Tripod (No. 9005) supposedly in 1/144 scale. This thing, when complete, stands 15 inches tall! (38.1 cm) kits available from Monsters in motion. https://www.monstersinmotion.com

Looks like a great kit!. Thanks for the link..interesting products. I'm looking forward to your build. I'm still considering their 1/12 Fiat..I see that Italeri is offering an updated version of that kit along with an update on their Bugatti.

Me too....MEH! How about something different for a change ....A brewster Buffalo!!!! A Lockheed Vega, a Seversky P-35, or a Boeing P-26. Anything that isn't A Tiger tank, a Spitfire, or a Mustang! For a change....just saying, my own very humble opinion. -

I also am tempted by the 1/12 Italeri kits; the big Mefistofele, the Alfas, and also their 1/12 Fiat 500. I think the Fiat might be a fun project... It seems to be a nice kit with good detail. We'll see, maybe. -
Very kind of Martin! Those resin burner cans look amazing!
-
Looking great, Oliver! The weathering and detail are top-notch!
-
Yikes!
-
Cool!....although a bit pricy!
-
Thanks....checked the Plastruct bottle it says it will work on abs. ' haven't seen the Tamiya stuff...I'll check it out.

Good to know! Thanks. I have some Plastruct cement...I think that works on ABS.....?

Got this today....an ETSY purchase arriving in just a couple of days from El Paso Texas; Another '53 War of the Worlds movie themed purchase. From Pegasus Hobbies, their Martian War Machine (No. 9001) said to be in 1/48 scale. First impressions? Well, I must say I'm pleased. The kit is larger than expected, the parts are very well-molded; the surfaces being blemish- free and having a shiny surface finish. I see no flash, and a trial fit shows that the fit is excellent. The upper and lower halves of the fuselage or body of this thing were packaged dry-fitted together and again, the fit is perfect. The kit includes transparent parts; tinted in red, green and clear. Should be a fun, trouble free, and nostalgic build as this was one of my "must watch" movies as a kid. A lot of builders online add lighting effects to this kit....might do that.

Probably Andy's 1/16 M8 Greyhound and the 1/16 Das Werk Puma whenever those kits come out, otherwise I probably won't buy much. -
I noticed on Amazon how vendors raise prices on scarce items. There's a couple of items that are selling at almost twice what they originally sold for! One, is a hard to find kit from Pegasus Hobbies. Luckily, I found it on ETSY for a reasonable price. I remember when it was hard to find Tamiya Olive drab anywhere....
