  1. I think so. The kit provides a base for the armored glass but it's not quite large enough to cover the space behind the IP. Looking at photos it appears the razorback jugs usually had it. The later bubble canopy a/c did not as far as I have been able to determine.
  2. I think I have it all squared away now Peter so the next step is painting.
  3. This should be a neat build. I look forward to following.
  4. Thank you Peter. I applied primer last night and, as always, some areas that need some additional attention showed up. Not a big deal though. Getting close to some painting!
  5. Thank you Martin. Coming right along.
  6. Thanks Carl. I resisted buying this kit because it was Trumpeter. The nice surprise was that it's much better than I expected. Still not a Tamiya or Hasegawa quality kit though.
  7. Thanks. Primer soon!
  8. More progress. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the wings fit. No sweat at all.
  9. One thing I have noticed is there is no coaming provided forward of the IP. I will have to scratch this.
  10. Thank you Gaz. Just about ready to attach the wings.
  11. Thanks Bill. Now it's on to the wings!
  12. Thanks Peter. I really don't understand why they even bothered to add all that stuff.
  13. I appreciate that Harv, thanks.
  14. Progress. I left out all the interior ducting and some of the unneeded engine accessories. Just more stuff to give a headache.
  15. It certainly will be a looker when done! Excellent work.
  16. Excellent Peter (as usual)!
  17. Short tail or long tail I'll be in for at least one.
  18. If it weren't for the PE it sure would be bare!
  19. Thanks Peter. The Eduard PE and the FineMolds seat belts help a lot.
  20. Just about done with the cockpit. I'll wait a bit before adding the gunsight glass.
  21. OOOOPS!!! I hate it when that happens! I know you'll have it fixed soon.
  22. LOL Peter. I've built tanks off and on for years but just a couple in the last 4-5 years or so. These RFM Panthers are really something!
  23. Thanks Carl. I'm glad you like the results of my efforts.
  24. Thanks Danny.
