Peter, I have all of the barracuda sets for your spitfire. I traded off a whole bunch of spitfires and kept the resin sets. Let me know if you want them. And here is what I got for a whole bunch of kits I’ll never build one big kit I’ll never build.

Ok, I. might not express myself clearly. You said mission accomplished , how so,, if one window is still remaining small. The orientation of the window opening is wrong, see picture bellow please

How come there's one big and one small window at the other side ? Shouldn't it be the same? Also aren't they supposed to the placed ( as a rectangles) in horizontal position rather than vertical ?

Harvey , did you check if the rest of the fuselage will mate with the nose despite the upper nose gap. It can be tricky business, down the road, to fit it in, if the clear parts stick out. Not trying to bug you, just wondering about the overall layout.

My two favourite tools come to mind, an orbital sander and blow torch Sucks that you gonna loose lots of that fine surface detail, well it's a good fight Harvey.
