Harvey, I have an idea. What about to scrap the two seater project and build a single seater ? All the parts are in the box already and it should go together with an ease .

no, too much orange peal and grain particles . Harvey , deal with the nose first . Resin+plastic+ filler+ etc. will be extremely demanding for the preparation work itself . One step per time buddy, finish the nose and then look ahead. it is not in one piece to begin with .

You are most welcome Frank, titanium alloy looks almost like regular steel alloy when new, it's surface changes dramatically with time. Punch set is a great tool, however I would use a beading tool. More suitable due its consistency and versatility. Also if I may suggest, the reinforcement stripes can be easily scribed, instead of applying thick stripes of plastic.
